I create because I believe work should support people — not the other way around.

When my mom was laid off in New York City, I saw how a single HR decision reshaped our entire family.
But I also saw her rebuild — learning computer skills, mastering interviews, and using new tools to start again.

That experience taught me something I’ve never forgotten:
the right systems can restore dignity, direction, and confidence.

Through AIHR Insights, I create tools, templates, and training that make those systems accessible — for professionals finding their next step, and for organizations learning to lead ethically with AI.
